After many years of shared experience in fine dining, two ambitious talents are now fulfilling their dream of owning their own restaurant. Both chefs, Nils Gier and Bastian Engelhart, have spent large parts of their careers in Michelin-starred kitchens and, as head chefs, helped shape the culinary identity of the renowned restaurant Herrenmühle.

With their new restaurant at the foot of the Philosopher's Walk in Heidelberg-Neuenheim, they combine artisanal precision with creative lightness. The focus is on high-quality, seasonal ingredients, composed into a unique culinary experience with a fine sense for flavor, texture, and aesthetics.
